In Salon Pickup
As we are predominately a services & retail outlet, pickup is available Monday – Saturday, 9am – 4pm from our Salon at 147 Parkers Road Parkdale, Victoria 3195.
For our local customers, we encourage you to complete your product purchase online prior to in Salon pickup to minimise contact and support the requirements of our COVIDSafe Plan.

Dispatch & Shipping
We ship Australia wide from southeast Melbourne. For orders submitted before 12 midday, we endeavour to schedule dispatch on the same day. For orders after this time, orders will dispatch the following day.
We offer several methods to deliver your goods using various carrier rates. These rates will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking will be provided for all shipped goods.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrectly provided address.
Please note that regional locations, including Tasmania, Darwin & Perth, may have longer delivery times of up to 5-10 working days.
Items Shipped with Sendle
- Sendle is unable to deliver to PO boxes or Australia Post outlets. Please consider this when determining your delivery options during checkout.
- Sendle offers a local network of collection points depending on the carrier. For information relating to collection points and POPStations please click here.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Frozen Pet Food
We unfortunately do not currently offer a local shipping service for Frozen Food.
